The Haven is a small independent music venue in Pomona, CA.
Standing Capacity: 125.
Ages: Always All Ages. Children twelve and under may enter for free and do not need a ticket.
Tickets: To purchase, see Shows. Tickets are available at the Box Office on the night of the show unless specified as sold out. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Cash. Credit/Debit is only accepted online.
Refund Policy: All sales are final, and tickets are nonrefundable unless the show is canceled. If you cannot attend, we suggest selling your tickets or giving them to a friend. The Haven is not responsible for any third-party transactions.

Artist Information
LOAD IN: One hour before the doors are open to the public.
Please keep the back door closed at all times when not loading.
CHECK-IN: The front on 2nd Street for your wristbands and further instructions on load-in.
AGREEMENT: Please sign the Entertainment Agreement and return it to booking@thehavenpomona.com or the Box Office Manager before entering the premises and performing.
PICK-UP: If you left equipment behind, please schedule a pick-up with our Production Manager.
Green Room
Upon availability, The Haven offers a private Green Room for its artists performing on the night of the show. The Green Room includes a dressing room, shower, bathroom, and full kitchen.
Agreement Forms
All parties, including but not limited to any artists, bands, acts, agents, promoters, vendors, or other entities contracting with The Haven, must sign an agreement form to confirm the terms and conditions of business. Please review, sign, and return the form(s) before the event via email or text.
